Definitions
- Please note that your reservation is NOT eligible for a refund or modifications 48 hours prior your booking.
- For groups the reservation is NOT eligible for a refund or modifications 7 days before your reservations.
- Ensure that all members of your party are 100% confirmed, as there will be no refunds for any member that doesn’t show up on the day of the reservation.
- In Case of Rain, you will be issued a rain check so you can comeback and restart or finish your round. This will be based upon the number of hole you’ve managed to play on the day of your round.
- As long as the golf course remains open you are expected to play. In case the course has to close due to severe weather and the activity can’t be reschedule, you will be issued a full refund.
- If you wish to cancel your transportation service, you must do so 48 hours before your booking. Otherwise you will be charged a 20 USD fee per person.
